Course Description

CompTIA A+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that validates the baseline skills necessary to troubleshoot, problem-solve and understand a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices. A+ emphasizes hands-on practical skills, ensuring the IT professional is better prepared to problem solve a wider variety of issues. A+ focuses on the latest trends in IT and new technologies. You will learn how to troubleshoot common software, hardware and connectivity issues. The CompTIA A+ Core Series requires candidates to pass two exams: Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102). A+ is compliant with ISO 17024 standards and approved by the US DoD to meet directive 8140/8570.01-M requirements.
