Course Description

This CompTIA A+ Certification Training class teaches the essential skills and information required for the CompTIA certification exams (220-1001 and 220-1002).

Learning Objectives

Learn to install, configure and troubleshoot PC system unit components and peripheral devices, display and multimedia devices, storage devices and internal system components. Learn to explain network infrastructure concepts, to configure and troubleshoot network connections and to implement client virtualization. Learn to support and troubleshoot laptops, mobile and print devices. Learn to install, configure, and maintain operating systems, to configure and troubleshoot network connections and to manage users, workstations, and shared resources.
