Agent discovery - identify how a mobile node determines its location relative to its home address. Registration - identify how a mobile node requests services from a foreign network and communicates its location to the home agent. Routing considerations - identify the procedures that enable mobile nodes, foreign agents, and home agents to route data to and from a mobile node. Security considerations - identify the security threats to Mobile IP and how they are mitigated.
