Course Description

In today's rapidly changing digital world, businesses must have the ability to collect and interpret information concerning customers, suppliers, competitors, and make decisions that affect their company's performance. In order to do so they must first understand Business Intelligence (BI) technologies and processes. This 2-day, interactive, classroom-based course focuses on making BI understandable and moving BI beyond reporting! Students explore step by step relevant technologies, discuss how to choose the right technology and implement a successful BI environment. Students investigate how the applications and technologies work together to access, analyze, and present data that can be used to make better decisions about your products, customers, competitors, and more.
