Previously ASP revolutionized web application development by providing an easy to use programming-model for building server-side scripts that dynamically created and modified HTML pages. Now ASP.NET, part of the Microsoft .NET framework provides a programming model for rich, dynamic, scalable web applications.
This hands-on course teaches students to create ASP.NET applications. Some of the topics include ASP.NET architecture, Web form and server controls, ADO.NET, master pages, site navigation and themes. Code is provided in C#.
