The four-day course examines and exposes students to the Apache Hadoop and relevant tools in the enterprise data hub (EDH) for developing big data applications. This training emphasizes the skills and tools for consuming, processing, organizing and presenting data to end-users.
This course prepares students for the CCDH exam. The course topics include: using Kite SDK to develop data sets, creating custom flume components to digest data, deploying Oozie to manage workflows, using Crunch for data analysis, writing user-defined functions for Hive and Impala, using Morphlines for data transformation, and utilizing Cloudera Search.
