Course Description

Successful completion of this exam will demonstrate a candidate's ability to understand the different technologies, frameworks, and process of capturing, developing, sharing, and effectively using organizational knowledge. The candidate shall demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the strategies (explicit transfer vs. implicit transfer, communities of practice, and knowledge management systems or repositories) within a Knowledge Management framework and of the multi-disciplinary approach to achieving organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge.

Successful completion of this exam will demonstrate the candidate's ability to comprehend the knowledge management process, components and tools used for decision-making. The candidate shall be able to provide a detailed explanation of the joint lessons learned program upon completion.
