Linked with the Green Belt certification, the goal of this program is to provide students with enhanced problem-solving skills, using what is known as the DMAIC Model (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Students will learn to successfully develop and deploy Six Sigma techniques in leading small-scale improvement projects. They will learn to gather and organize data in support of larger-scale projects, and gain proficiency in Six Sigma statistical tools. Completers will be prepared to pursue Business Management and Specialist positions in a variety of fields, including but not limited to healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, or any service or product based industry.
