The Brand New NICCS Website: Formal Education Spotlight

In anticipation of our site redesign coming this fall, NICCS is letting our visitors know what to expect. Content has been streamlined to deliver a user-focused experience.

This week, we are focusing on our Formal Education resources and programs that promote and expand cybersecurity education.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is dedicated to growing the cybersecurity workforce by promoting cybersecurity education in the classroom. Our new Formal Education section easily and accurately directs visitors to cybersecurity resources for teachers, schools, and students.

Formal Education features the CyberCorps®: Scholarship for Service (SFS) and National Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) programs, as well as information about cybersecurity competitions and integrating cybersecurity into the classroom.

The intuitive design and innovative technology will make it easier for any user to find information quickly. We look forward to sharing our new site with you this fall.

Join NICCS and the Department of Homeland Security in our mission to help the United States develop a world-class cybersecurity workforce.
